VSS Unity First Flight Test

VSS Unity, Virgin Galactic’s second SpaceShipTwo, underwent the first “captive carry” test flight on 9 September 2016. VSS Unity remained mated to the WhiteKnightTwo mothership (VMS Eve) throughout the entire 3 hour and 43 minute test flight.
