For years, Hanoi had been negotiating with New Delhi for the training of its Su-30 pilots in India. It has now been disclosed that Vietnam is trying to find a way to finance the training.
India has been training Vietnamese submariners at Visakhapatnam and both sides have been hoping to extend the program to the military aviation sector.
